Nik Patel is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 15 years of experience in public accounting. Nik provides consulting and compliance services to privately held clients, including middle-market companies, entrepreneurs, family offices, and closely held businesses.

Before founding Propel CFO, Nik worked at regional and national accounting firms where he provided tax and accounting compliance and consulting services primarily to closely held businesses. Throughout his career with the firm, Nik has developed experience in several financial areas, including tax planning, business consultation, tax research and compliance for corporations, partnerships, limited-liability entities, and individuals with high net worth. His extensive knowledge and experience allow him to take a creative, proactive approach to tax and financial issues.
